A radio station is a complex and intense activity which is totally dependent
upon staff and voluntary participants from our community.

The corporate staff of Let's Talk Rawlins, Inc. is responsible for and accountable
 for the administrative, legal and technical operation of the station.

On-Air broadcast operations, staffing, content, management and funding activities are performed
by volunteers, advocates and participants from the community.
The radio station will be what the members of our community intend it to be.
