Your recommendations and participation are key to the startup and success of this station. Let's Talk Rawlins 97.9 FM Radio is Your public voice. Make it effective! Let's Talk Rawlins Startup Progress as of - 18 May, 2024 - Our letter to everyone in Rawlins asks for your suggestions for our station call letters. Send your suggestions and preferences HERE on our Call Letter Entry page. We will then apply for the FCC station operating license based upon your advice. We expect to receive our FCC Operating License sometime in May. We have had weather and labor delays with our studio and transmitter/mast/antenna install. Our "On-Air" Testing cannot begin until the transmitter, mast and antenna installations are complete. At this date, it appears that we may be in full operation, broadcasting with the Rawlins Community during June. Let's Talk! Rawlins 97.9 FM and www.letstalkrawlins.com website are for you and me and for us, all together.
